Discovery
Outfitters exists
to provide you, your family, and your
church group with a fun-filled outdoor experience in the
Pacific
Northwest. But that's not all. More importantly, we use
that experience in creative ways to show you new things
about God, His creation, His Word, and your relationship
with Him and those around you. Other outfitters can provide
gear and a good experience, but we do more. We outfit
you for life!
Our
adventures focus around five outdoor activities:
whitewater rafting (Deschutes and Mackenzie Rivers), rock
climbing, hiking/backpacking, mountain biking, and fishing
float trips (John Day and Grande Ronde Rivers). Trips can
last from one to four or more days and include one or
more
activities.
Our
guides are chosen not just for their skills and experience
in leading outdoor activities safely, but equally so for
their love for God and their commitment to using the outdoors
as a tool. Whether you join us on the river or on the trail,
you'll experience the Creator in awesome new ways!
